Deposit & Payment Policy
To confirm any safari booking with Explore Your Safari, clients are required to follow the payment schedule outlined below:
30% of the total safari cost is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit secures accommodations, park permits, and operational arrangements.
An additional 30% payment must be completed no later than 14-7 days before the safari start date. Failure to make this payment may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to cancellation terms.
The remaining 40% balance must be paid upon arrival in Tanzania and before the safari begins. Under no circumstances will a safari commence without full payment being received.
Explore Your Safari reserves the right to withhold services or cancel the safari without refund if the agreed payment schedule is not respected.
All safari bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our website.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Explore Your Safari reserves the right to cancel services if payment obligations are not met.

Client-Initiated Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds depend on the time of cancellation and non-refundable third-party costs, including accommodation deposits, park fees, and supplier charges.

This includes cancellation before safari start or during safari⚠️ Accommodation, park fees, and government charges are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective providers and may be fully non-refundable.
Explore Your Safari acts as an intermediary between clients and accommodation providers.
Lodges, camps, and hotels operate under their own cancellation policies.
Some accommodations require full payment once booked and do not offer refunds Or some percentage.
Any refund depends on whether the accommodation provider releases funds back to Explore Your Safari.
Explore Your Safari cannot be held responsible for accommodation providers refusing refunds.
Explore Your Safari reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries when necessary, due to:
Such changes will be made in the best interest of client safety and service continuity and do not constitute grounds for refunds.
We take client satisfaction seriously.
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the safari to allow prompt resolution.
Complaints submitted after the safari must be sent in writing within 14 days of safari completion.
Explore Your Safari will investigate complaints fairly but does not accept responsibility for issues beyond its control.
No claims will be accepted for matters not reported during the safari when resolution was possible
Safari travel involves inherent risks including wildlife encounters, rough terrain, weather changes, and limited medical facilities.
Explore Your Safari shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, death
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Delays or itinerary changes
Actions of wildlife, third parties, or suppliers
Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk. But we ensure safe safari for the Clients.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Follow guide instructions and park regulations
Respect wildlife, local communities, and cultural norms
Ensure they are medically fit for travel
Explore Your Safari reserves the right to terminate services without refund if client behavior threatens safety or violates laws.
Explore Your Safari shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Explore Your Safari works with independent suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, and airlines.
These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions.
Explore Your Safari is not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures.
Client personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for booking, operational, and communication purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
By confirming a booking, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
